Great service - Knowledgeable and extremely kind. I called on a holiday and very early in the morning, Steve responded within a few minutes and arrived at my home within an hour. Menopause and heat do not go well together- so I was extremely thankful since it was a holiday when he could be with family and friends. He took the time to research the part needed after going back home. Unfortunately, there aren’t any locally and suppliers are closed today due to holiday. The issue still isn’t fixed but wanted to share the compassion for sure! I will send another review after completion of job.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with PureCraft. I was looking to partially finish a utility room and I had a very limited budget. Other contractors I reached out to had exorbitant pricing and refused to send me an itemized list of the renovations I was considering. Steven, on the other hand, was happy to send me a detailed invoice. He really listened to what I wanted, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and the pricing was great. I was able to have everything I wanted done for less than half of what other contractors were offering. I can't recommend PureCraft enough.

It was a little rocky at first trying to get all the details worked out, but after we got it done, Steve and his crew were professional and did a good job, always kept me in the loop as to the progression of the job and the job was done very well!

We hired Stephen to finish off a portion of our basement, making it a fully functioning dual purpose space to serve as storage and a home gym. He also finished off a “bonus space” for my kids complete with their own secret entrance. He was quick to respond, get us an estimate, which was spot on, and he & his team worked very efficiently keeping things clean as they went. I appreciated that Stephen was frequently stopping by to check-in on each phase of the project, and he was excellent at communicating and keeping us updated. He also always went the extra mile paying attention to little details - like installing color changing lights for my kids and installing an outlet for our mounted TV to hide the cords. Pure Craft installed a new gas furnace and exterior CAC In the most professional manner. Arrived right on time, Cleaned up after efficiently and disposed of old units with no issues. Stephen Breaton, Owner Operator at PureCraft, is absolutely fantastic!!! Not only is he very knowledgeable and responsive, he gives you multiple scenarios to achieve what you're looking for instead of just one quick answer. You have a lot of companies that are looking for the fast buck and taking the easiest path for their own benefit. Unlike Stephen, who really does take the time to learn about your scope of work and come up with the best solution possible. I personally have used him for my home residence, in which he installed an entire new Carrier HVAC system and smart Wi-Fi stat, as well as for my RE projects. In addition to installing entire brand new systems on my projects, he has ran full ductwork for a completely gutted property that was being rehabbed. He's very meticulous and calculates what your project needs with a Manual J report- in terms of the right system, how much area to heat/cool, where should the lines run for the vents etc. PureCraft comes up with all the necessary drawings and permits to get it done right. NO SHORTCUTS. I would think that I have a pretty decent sample size of experience with them, having been fortunate to work with PureCraft on various projects. So trust me when I say, there's not too many small businesses out there operating like PureCraft!

We put an addition on our house and wanted to put a Mitsubishi mini split instead of running duct work under our crawl space.
